Our coaching packages
The Starter Package ($4,495)
- Initial intake assessment and analysis
- 6, 1-hour Zoom (or phone) sessions, tailored to each person’s needs
- Post session homework/challenges, so that you see real improvement during the initial coaching sessions (not just talking about changes!)
- Add-on: Additional 1-hour coaching sessions available for $500/hour
The Difference Maker Package ($5,995)
- Everything in The Starter Package
- 2 months async (voicenotes, email, etc.) coaching after initial coaching sessions are done
- A report back to you at the end of the sync sessions with recommendations and things to know (while respecting confidential things disclosed to us by the person we’re coaching)
- Add-on: Monthly async coaching for an additional $1,000/month (recommended for at least 3-4 months, if not longer)
The Group Package ($14,995-$19,995)
- 6-8 sessions on a bi-weekly (or monthly) basis with activities between sessions. Max 30 people.
- Pre-reads and homework (all practical and actionable) before and after each session
- Add-on: Optional: async (voicenotes, email, etc.) coaching for 2 months following for an additional $500/person who participate
2 ways firms work with us
You select people and introduce them to us
- You select people, get their conceptual buy-in, and then introduce them to us
- We put them through our standard intake process and take it from there
- We invoice you monthly
- Note: for group courses, we work with you to finalize the date/time/format of the course, and then we take care of everything from there, as you sit back and relax!
You notify the target group that we’re able to assist (on an anonymous basis)
- For example, you might say that anyone who identifies as neurodivergent is able to book up to X sessions directly through us.
- Or you might say that any junior corporate associates who feel like they need substantive help or soft-skills help can book up to X sessions right through us.
- You tell us the max budget per month (or per quarter), so that we never exceed it. We can customize our package to limit the number of sessions per person (eg 3 instead of 6)!
- You make our intake form available to the target, so that they never even have to notify you that they’re getting coaching (i.e. a truly anonymous approach for you)
- We invoice you monthly for any services performed and keep their names anonymous (unless we have consent)
Why us
- The partners at your firm don’t have time to coach. And even if they did, most of them aren’t very good at coaching!
- Your learning and development and professional development teams are great, but they aren’t in the thick of things
- As we all know (even though it doesn’t make that much sense), lawyers take advice way better from people who are in their shoes
