💡 We get both quantitative and qualitative feedback at the end of each class.

Quantitative Feedback
- As you’ll see below, we ask 5 questions and have people rate us on a scale of 1-10.
- We believe these are 5 great metrics for a successful class:
- We want to make sure people have learned things (that’s what training is for!)
- We want to make sure people weren’t bored (most training is boring, and we don’t want ours to be!)
- We want to make sure the pace was good (it’s a fine line between too much content and too little; we always want to teach as much as we can, but we need to make sure the pace isn’t too fast for the group
- We want to create an open atmosphere for people to ask questions (that’s part of our special sauce)
- We want people to be glad they attended (that helps us know they’re finding our training valuable)
- We care the most about the first and last metric (if the ratings are poor, then we’re in big trouble), but all 5 of them matter to us
- We have data on every single class we’ve ever run - and we’ve used that data to make existing courses better and better each time
Qualitative Feedback
- There’s no magic here, other than the fact that we ask for both positive and constructive feedback and promise to act on it.
- Here’s what we ask: “What did you like about today’s class / what could we have done better?”
- People give us detailed feedback about what they loved and what they wish we tweaked slightly. We double down on the things they love and tweak anything that seems like it could be improved.
