We’re not your grandfather’s law firm, and that’s probably a good thing.
You won’t find expensive art on the wall. We don’t have fancy offices. We don’t have typewriters or fax machines.
We know that most clients aren’t happy with their lawyers - in fact, on countless occasions, our clients have told us that we’re the first lawyers they’ve ever enjoyed working with.
It’s because we operate very differently (and dare we say, in a much more modern, progressive way).

We’re not your typical law firm. We not only welcome your feedback, we’re actually going to expressly ask for it.
One of our customer success team members will check-in with you regularly to make sure things are going well. They’ll also reach out so that we can better understand your business (at no charge to you of course).
If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy (that’s not fully true - we’re a pretty happy group, especially for a team of lawyers). But we’re in this for the long haul, so our job is to make sure that you’re treated fairly and feel like you’re getting great value.
Working with lawyers is bad enough. Having to pay lawyers is even worse.
